The Cast

Lauren - My younger sister, by three and a half years. She’s silly and beautiful, and her feet are much smaller than mine.

Mike - My boyfriend. He’s a foot-plus taller than me and incredibly good looking. I’m disgustingly in love with him.

Sandy - My best friend of five years. She is the mother of my two godchildren, Kaylene and Konner. She’s beautiful and knows me almost better than I know me.

Tyla - A friend from high school, two years younger than me. We just recently became pretty good friends, and hang out every Friday for girls’ night.

Nikki - My good friend from high school, a year younger than me. She is my concert and book buddy. I’d marry her if we weren’t already committed to other people.

John - My photographer friend, from high school. He always uses me as a model. Lately I’ve been doing it willingly. :D

Joe - Another friend from high school. We got close after the fact, but not so much lately. I miss him.

Kate - My cousin, three years older than me. She lives about twenty minutes away and is one of my good friends.

Mary - I met this girl all because of the wonderful WWW. We used to write a lot together, as Astrid and Dante, but not so much lately. I love this girl and wouldn’t leave her side if we lived closer to each other.

Robbie - My boyfriend’s younger brother, my age. He’s an amazing artist and a lot of fun to hang out with.

Tony - My boyfriend’s little brother, ten years my junior. He has the most infectious laugh, the biggest blue eyes and always tackles me with a hug when I come in the door.

Kaylene - My goddaughter, who is about three feet tall. She has the biggest brown eyes and never fails to make me smile. She is half of the love of my life.

Konner - My godson, the other half of the love of my life. He is warm and a chubby bunny, just like babies are supposed to be.
